The Plasel mold production department specializes in several areas - especially in short cycle multi cavity molds, hot runner systems, and mid-size molds for the medical, consumers and packaging markets.
Our multi-cavity molds include hot runner systems, with 1 to 64 nozzles, single face and stack molds to achieve the shortest possible cycle times and efficiency.
Plasel's production facilities include state of the art manufacturing capabilities, operated by skilled and experienced personnel. Computerized machinery enables Plasel to meet the high-precision standards essential to molds and products with small calibre.
Consequently, near-perfect repeatability between the different parts can be achieved both in the mold parts and in the injected plastic products.
